Planned giving

Planned Giving
HALEA provides several planned giving options to suit our friends and
donors. Your planned gift to HALEA can help you meet your financial
and philanthropic goals while also providing long term support that
helps ensure the education of teens and their success of tomorrow.
Planned Giving Includes;
1.      Bequests. This is the easiest way to make a planned gift to HALEA.
It is much more flexible because you retain use of your assets during
your life time and can make changes at any time to reflect your
philanthropic and financial goals. The following bequest language may
be used to name HALEA as a beneficiary in your will:
“I give, devise, bequeath to HALEA/Uganda, at Enterprise House, Plot
41, Gaddafi road, Kampala Central Division, Incorporated under the
laws of Uganda, the sum of $……… or ……… percent of my
estate.”
HALEA encourages our donors to share this information with their legal
counsel, and recommend that anyone under taking estate planning does
so with the consultation of an attorney.
Other Planned Giving Options
Memorial Gift. You can make this special gift to HALEA teens and young
mothers when you celebrate a loved one or you can recognize someone
special in your life, commemorate a milestone or a significant
occasion such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary or retirement
through donation to HALEA.
